Service Tips:

All cars:

1. Keep tires at proper air pressure.

2. Inspect and service brakes every 12 months.

3. Grease tie rod ends every 12 months.

Gas cars:

1. If mixing gas in older E-Z-GO 2 cycle cars, the correct ratio is one ounce of oil to one gallon of gas.

2. Check all gas and oil filters at least once a year and replace as needed.

3. Check oil on all 4 cycle cars every time you fill the gas tank. Remember: The car won't run without gas, but it will run without oil---until the engine locks up!

Electric cars:

1. Check your batteries for water on a regular basis. If the batteries are charged with exposed lead plates, that portion of the plate will not hold a charge again. Fill batteries with distilled water to 1/2 inch above the plates.

2. Clean batteries once a year with a combination of baking soda and water . This will keep corrosion of wires due to battery acid to a minimum. Caution: untreated battery acid will eat through your clothes. Use gloves and eye protection.

3. Always make sure your charger is securely and properly plugged in before charging. A bad connection can cause arcing and melt the plug.

4. Never leave the charger plugged in for more than 21 days. Automatic chargers will run the batteries down if left plugged in for an extended period of time.
