A BRIEF HISTORY

SOLID AS A ROCK. These words could be used to describe Professional Golfcar Corporation which developed from the Bloomington Limestone Company. You might ask how did we make the transition from limestone to golf cars? The original corporation was a pioneer quarrier of limestone in the 1930's. As the demand for limestone decreased in the 1960's, the company was faced with the dilemma of finding another product to sell.

Golf was gaining in popularity and the demand for dealers to sell and service golf cars was increasing. The Bloomington Limestone Company was granted the exclusive authorized distributor territory for E-Z-Go Textron products in 1971. In 1981, as golf car sales represented an ever-increasing portion of the company's business, the Board of Directors elected to change the company's name to Professional Golfcar Corporation.

Professional Golfcar Corporation is the oldest continuous award winning golf car distributor for the E-Z-Go Division of Textron. As we look to the next century, the Corporation is "solid as a rock" with longevity, integrity and market acceptance to ensure continued outstanding service to its customers.

We are the only FULL SERVICE GOLF CAR DISTRIBUTOR covering the entire state of Indiana. Professional Golfcar Corporation sells and services new and used golf cars, turf and utility vehicles in three separate Indiana locations. We also, rent golf cars through our Special Events/Tournament Rental department. And we maintain an extensive parts inventory with over-night shipping capabilities. In short, we are the single source for all Indiana's golf car requirements.
